Absolutely terrible hair cut for both of my sons. We could have done a better job at home. I am not sure if she had any training with how the end result was on both of my boys. I tipped because I can never just leave anywhere without doing so but when I got to the car my husband was disturbed on how both cuts looked. Uneven, pieces and patches. I will never be able to go back knowing That is the expectation of the hair stylist. Just upsetting to me.

The play area was covered in hair. The razor used to cut my son’s hair was not cleaned properly. He has little bits of dark brown hair stuck to his scalp (his hair is very light blonde). It just seems really unsanitary.

Completely uneven she was just trying to get done. Wasn’t listening and I’m really upset because now I have to go somewhere else to fix it

Woman does not know how to cut hair, messed my son up and did not know how to fix it. Terrible hair cut.

It seamed like we interrupted whatever this stylist had going on and she was in a hurry to cut and get my son out of the chair she started telling him to stay still when she was moving his head all over. I saw him gritting his teeth and continued to let her cut then he started crying because she cut him at this time she said, “just be still and you won’t get hurt”. he was not moving until now because he was now scared and shaking because of how rough she was with him. THis has made his hair cut experience a bad one now that she was so rough and rude of his feeling I did not allow her to finish, paid and left. I don’t like service like this and it made me not want to come back.
