With back to school coming up,it's understandably busy. However, the lady who cut my son's hair was very rough. He was crying and I thought it was because he had hair in his eye. He told me after we left that she was hurting him because she was pushing very hard. He now has red marks on his face and his neck that look like scratches. I'm upset because she hurt my kid. That's just unacceptable. We won't be back.

My boys’ hair was chopped, uneven, and cut with rush. I was initially impressed with our hairdresser’s patience. However, it ran thin as soon as I asked for the hair to be cut shorter. Unimpressed with the professionalism, or lack thereof, of the three employees in the building. The attitude displayed by two of them was horrendous, though not displayed towards me, it was uncomfortable to be around! I do, however, appreciate the first cut certificate given.

I told the lady that was going to cut my autistic sons hair that he does not like his hair touched. She said its ok we will work with it. She put on cars for him and sprayed his hair with I assume was water and started combing roughly combing his hair. Once she saw he had knots then decided to spray detangler in his hair and continue to comb. I had to bear hug him the entire time that she was cutting his hair since she was rough. When she started doing the clippers he started crying so much he almost threw up and she kept just telling him oh i didnt hurt you and didnt stop. Parts of his hair are still uneven since she didnt work with him she just fought him.

I was excited to get my baby’s hair cut again but after the first time we went with Olivia but she was booked that morning. So we chose Xiomara. Now I see why she was free. This lady as soon as I walked in there already had an attitude. I sat my baby down for his hair cut mentioned I just wanted a small trim but she went on and put a number 2 in my sons hair and left it beyond choppy. I told her I didn’t want it that short. And she said it’s okay mom it will grow back you will see. If I could get a refund for my service that’s exactly what I would want. She ruined my sons hair and because of that we had to take him to get a bald fade because it was all just too choppy. And also she did this all in less than 5 minutes she chose to go in there messed him up bad. She just wanted to be done so quickly. Cause as soon as she was done she walked to the back
