Did not offer to give hair to take home. Granddaughter first haircut. Did not offer to dry hair. Very impersonal service. Did not offer to wash hair.. I had to ask for it. When I made the appointment I said I wanted it washed. Very impersonal service… you would think it would be better since they cater to children.

My son has never done well with haircuts. He is usually terrified. We had Aracelly today and she did great with him. Best haircut experience we have had yet.

Olivia was so patient and sweet to our son. She always does a fantastic job even though our son doesn't like haircuts due to sensory issues.
