What a cool place! We loved the play area for the other siblings. Our stylist was so sweet and fast. She did an awesome job on my babies cut. We drove 25 minutes to try this place out and we will definitely be back!

We had an appointment with Daniella at 6:30 tonight. After a long wait, she came to get my son and seemed nice and confident. Told her we just wanted a trim and she asked if we wanted her to razor the back, but only indicated razoring off about an inch. We kept looking at the progress from where we were waiting and assumed it would get cleaned up…but then we saw that she had completely shaved the back of his head much further than she had originally said. It looked horrible. My sons father went to ask what she was doing and she got extremely defensive saying that she wasn’t done, that’s what we agreed to, etc. She then told him to SHUT UP and handed the haircut over to the other lady working (Xiomara? She had dreads) who managed to make it look half decent and was very nice and apologetic. We will never come back here.

The place is very cute. The hair stylist was nice but very rushed. She didn’t finish brushing my 5 year olds hair before cutting it, which caused the comb to pull on her hair and was uncomfortable. I only brought her here because it was her first haircut and she was very excited, but it was a bad experience and for the price, I’d rather go to a salon since they charge the same price and aren’t as rushed. I also had to pick up her hair off the floor to save a piece for her, even though I did mention a few times that it was her first haircut. They gave me a bag to put it in. Not impressed at all. My 5 year old does not want to go back.

The haircut was uneven. The fade was not well-blended. The left and right side of my sons haircut were not the same length after I asked for a symmetrical cut. I went home and fixed it myself…
