We made an appointment for a first hair cut. They did not have our reservation. They were very busy with boys haircuts. We did not see any other girls come in. It made me nervous to get my daughter’s hair cut there. We did and they cut the back only and did not help with her flyaway bangs. They said there wasn’t anything they could do for that.

She was very rough on my son. And that’s after i asked about how they were with sensory children

The lady seemed to be in a rush and completely ruined the shape of my sons hair cut and cut way too high up above his ear, it was his first hair cut and I wouldn’t recommend.

We were fortunate enough to be fit in, even though I had made a reservation for the following day. We weren’t asked what we wanted for our daughter, just kinda rushed in. It was her first haircut and very much not the experience we were led to believe we would receive. For how little the hairdresser did, it didn’t seem like good value for what we paid. And on that note, we originally scheduled a “first hair cut” service, but we were never asked about what we wanted, so we didn’t get it. Likely won’t be back, couldn’t recommend others as well. Best of luck.

We arrived early and waiting is expected. Instead of the girl having help cleaning up another girl was just sitting in the back. This girl was to cut my oldest son hair and seamed to be upset we disturbed her.

We didn’t have our prepaid card with us so we couldn’t utilize that which is fine, but no one said it was cash only until after the haircut. That’s really inconvenient and should have been brought up before the service started.
