I was not happy with the haircuts received. I had never had a bad experience in the almost 4 years we've been coming here, until our normal stylist stopped working there, we've gone back two times since she left, and the first time i wanted to give the benifit of doubt, but going back this time, the stylist did not take her time to make sure the haircuts came out clean, the edges of both of my childrens hair were uneven, there were spots that didn't even look like anything had been done. I understand children tend to move, and i could 100% understand if that had been the reason the haircuts didn't come out great, but neither of my children moved a crazy amount, the stylist was kind of stronghanded with the way she was holding their heads and pushing them down to be where she needed them to be. I paid and left and immediately took them to another salon to have their haircuts fixed.

I had a bad experience this time going. The lady’s in there have attitudes you would think working at a kids haircut place you would be a little nicer. I have not had that experience in the past usually they are super friendly. The lady who did my son’s hair was rushing to get it done and has a chunk missing of his hair. He was asking for her to put on blipping but was ignoring to hurry up. I told her we had a coupon for the haircut to be only 15 dollars and she didn’t apply it. I will not be back here again.

All the employees look so unhappy and act that way too. The customer service is basically non existent. Also, there is spanish music only playing, that is not their only demographic. The place was absolutely filthy including the play area. The lady buttoned the apron around my son's mouth and didn't even realize it and once I did because he was crying she didn't apologize or anything. It was just a negative experience for the cost of the cut. We will be going somewhere else next time. Maria was the hair dresser. Not friendly at all. She did a good job on the cut and that's about it

This is my 2nd time here my first time went amazing the hair dresser was super friendly and did a great job with my sons taper fade wich is why I decided to come again, but this time the dresser was not as friendly and seemed to be rushing through my kids hair and asked me if she should cut behind the ears wich I thought was odd since i have never gotten asked this it should be included with the cut then proceeded to finish without giving him an edge up line up and i had to pointed out to her wich is not okay because again that should all be done is part of the taper fade! Then we left to checkout to find out she was having a birthday, so thats why she rushed through my son’s hair and left my kids edge up line not straight and uneven!!

When we call to schedule appointments we are told they are completely booked. When we look online there are openings. Booked this appointment online the day before. When we arrived, for our appointment in the early afternoon, we were told it had been cancelled because the stylist we chose had left. We had not chosen a stylist so that was a lie. Not impressed with the haircut or the service. Won’t be returning.

Maria was the lady who cut my son's hair and she was very rough, and not patient at all. My 4 year old is nervous about haircuts and doesn't like the clippers, so we've always asked to do a trim with just scissors. The very first moment my son showed a little nerves and pulled away, her body language became irritated: she threw her hands down and her shoulders slumped like she was annoyed. Again, only at the first time my son showed that he was nervous. She made me hold his hands down and his head back like I do when he has to get a shot at the drs office. She showed no gentleness or attempt to help him calm down. It got to a point where he was screaming, crying, and wiggling in the chair, saying it hurts (I know there was probably actually nothing hurting him but he was nervous), and she said "if you move too much I will hurt you," probably meaning to say she'll accidentally make a mistake and get him with the scissors or something, but in no way is that going to calm a 4 year old down. And again (multiple times throughout the haircut), she seemed annoyed by this. We've been coming here ever since he's needed haircuts and it being a kid specific place for haircuts, I would assume all the employees have the patience and understanding that a child may be nervous. We have only had great experiences before this with Phuong and Xiomara, so I understand that this is not the entire location, so we will be avoiding booking with Maria in the future.
