My sons haircut looks like shit. I always use the other lady but she didn’t have anything so I used Maria or whatever her name was and my son was not having her. He NEVER cry’s but she was hold his head so hard he was crying

I wanted hair trimmed straight across eyebrows and explained that it falls straight down that way dry - instead was told "I cut whispy" and now have uneven hair that looks butchered and heavy chunks in some sections and longer pieces.. it needed to be trimmed straight across eyebrows like I asked. "Whispy" seemed to be excuse for I don't know how to cut even... I am really disappointed but don't know how to even it up without it getting even shorter then I wanted. Unfortunately there is often only one person there at a time and no choice given for who gives the haircut. The other girls have done great with him. Out of the the other 20 hair cuts this is his 2nd bad one there. So not bad odds...

The stylist didn’t part my daughter’s hair evenly, or at all. She just combed it straight down and cut it how it was laying when we walked in., wind blown. With a messy part, we went home with a very crooked cut. I had to re part her hair, comb it, and even it. I probably won’t be back. For the price of that cut, it should have been a better quality cut. It also seems like appointments were stacked so close together that a stylist really couldn’t take their time if they wanted to. Also, there was very little time for stylists to clean their stations. My daughter sat in a chair full of someone else’s hair. The gel container was open and covered in hair. The chairs are very close together so a parent can’t comfortably stand near their child without also being next to someone else’s child. There’s no protocol for families waiting so a huge family of 7 people take up the whole waiting area while their kids get cut one at a time. The receptionist was sweet and the stylist was perfectly pleasant, it just wasn’t a great experience otherwise.

Scheduled appointment but was not seen timely. People with later appointments were out before my kid was

There needs to be more stylists available. I make an appointment for my son to get his haircut, and I should expect to be taken in at that time. Handling a toddler while waiting makes it hard on the parent. We didn’t get put in a chair until 15 mins after our appointment.

Quick and friendly service. Only negative was there was hair clippings literally everywhere in the salon. Every surface in the salon was covered in hair clippings- the floor, all the booth stations, the front desk area, the bathroom. I think we were the first customers in the for the day and the whole place was already covered in hair which leads me to believe they don’t make any attempt to clean up the clippings at the end of the day. When we left I noticed my daughter’s hands and clothes were covered in dark colored hair clippings (she has blond hair so not her hair)
