I understand it is a hair salon and they will be hair everywhere but there is literally hair everywhere it looks like they never clean other than the area they did a cut and the counter but the seats play area and everywhere else it covered it hair

I understand that things are challenging with returning to business in light of the COVID pandemic. I would suggest a few modifications, even for just the immediate timeframes. - When a client books an appointment, the email confirmation should include protocol for checkin once arriving. At a minimum, this information should be listed on the website. When bringing my 2 year old for a hair cut, it's challenging to keep getting him in and out several times. - The sign on the door said to wait in your car until being called. It should indicate that you do need to check in inside, in order for the salon to know you arrived. - If running behind, client should be made aware of this. For an appointment at 2pm, I was not serviced until approximately 2:45. Again, for a 2 year old, waiting for this long is a challenge, especially as I was not told there would be an extensive delay. If time is needed for cleaning in between clients, this should be accounted for and clients should be staggered for appointments.

The online appointment system is a joke. I made appointments online for my 2 girls, and neither showed up in the system. When I showed the person working the confirmation emails, she said it didn't matter because it wasn't in the system.

Appointments should try to be uphold. Arrived 10 minutes early no one waiting but waited 30 minutes after my appointment time because they took a person who came in after me but was complaining about how the hair cut she got yesterday wasn't straight so she went next.

Xiomara is wonderful! She was so patient with my crying child ! She did a great job.

Felt a little rushed, as if we were imposing on the stylists time. Felt like we were being shoved out of the chair. The cut was ok in the end.
