I made an appointment online so that I would not have to wait with my 3 year old, and when I got there, the appointment didn't show in the system. Someone came in a few minutes later with the same issue, and they were called back before my child. If there is a system in place to make online appointments, it needs to work. As we were leaving, several others came in, and it was the same for them.
