Horrible hair cut this ja my second time having the same experience will never go back again

I told the lady that was going to cut my autistic sons hair that he does not like his hair touched. She said its ok we will work with it. She put on cars for him and sprayed his hair with I assume was water and started combing roughly combing his hair. Once she saw he had knots then decided to spray detangler in his hair and continue to comb. I had to bear hug him the entire time that she was cutting his hair since she was rough. When she started doing the clippers he started crying so much he almost threw up and she kept just telling him oh i didnt hurt you and didnt stop. Parts of his hair are still uneven since she didnt work with him she just fought him.

First client of the day, right at opening, and she had an extremely bad attitude. Didn't ask what I wanted for my son, and even when I told her she didnt even try to do it. Was pretty rude the entire time. I understand my child is not the easiest but before even interacting she was clearly in a bad mood. I always tip well regaurdless because I thought she had done the best she could do with my child, and then she was polite. But throughout the day I realized how messed up my son's haircut really was. Areas that he was perfectly still for were crooked, she took WAY too much off the top when I asked her to leave it long. If youre annoyed to be working on a child at a children's hair salon, you should find a different line of work.

My boys’ hair was chopped, uneven, and cut with rush. I was initially impressed with our hairdresser’s patience. However, it ran thin as soon as I asked for the hair to be cut shorter. Unimpressed with the professionalism, or lack thereof, of the three employees in the building. The attitude displayed by two of them was horrendous, though not displayed towards me, it was uncomfortable to be around! I do, however, appreciate the first cut certificate given.

With back to school coming up,it's understandably busy. However, the lady who cut my son's hair was very rough. He was crying and I thought it was because he had hair in his eye. He told me after we left that she was hurting him because she was pushing very hard. He now has red marks on his face and his neck that look like scratches. I'm upset because she hurt my kid. That's just unacceptable. We won't be back.

The lady put her hands down her pants to fix something and then did not wash her hands or use hand sanitizer that I could see. She was too rough and forceful with my kid. She was rushing to get to the next client. She did not give my son the hair cut we requested and he is very upset. She had colored her and butterfly/bat neck tattoos but did not say her name or talk to us. We will be going somewhere else.
