Ther lady was trying to get it done as quickly as possible with little regards for making my son feel comfortable or safe. She did not offer for him to pick the seat he liked or watch a show in the iPad. She did not speak at all except to ask me if she cut enough off. He was crying and moving and trying to cover his ears and face. I know that made it difficult but at no time did she stop and try to let him calm down or talk to him. I have been here 3 times. The first time was okay but the last 2 times were very bad. The second time the stylists were rude and abrasive. This time it was an experience that lasted maybe ten minutes because no one wanted to make it better. I will not refer anyone to come here and I will not come back.

The woman who cut my sons hair seemed a little frustrated, she was probably having an off day or something but she was a little rough with him and nicked him a few times. That caused him to cry and jerk around, I didn’t catch the lady’s name who cut my sons hair but now my son is most likely going to be traumatized now.

We had a terrible experience at this location and will not be returning. The staff was not very friendly and the space was extremely unsanitary. We did not let our son play on the slide because it was covered in dust and dirt. We watched the kiddo in front of us get their hair cut and then the staff did not clean the station before putting our son in the seat. They did not spray the seat down or even spend time sweeping or clearing off the hair from the previous child. The employee that helped us did not smile or try to build rapport with my son at all. We will not be returning and wills never recommend this experience for anyone’s children.

My son’s first haircut was a hack job. Completely uneven and choppy. One side extremely short while the other left same length. HORRIBLE haircut. Place was also very dirty. Like it hadn’t been swept in a week. Absolutely not worth $28 plus $5 tip I kindly left, completely unaware of how bad the final result truly was. Would actually like a refund.

Went in to get a straight haircut for my daughter. Stylist didn’t even part the hair down the middle, didn’t bother to Comb it all around. Felt very rushed . Came home to realize my daughter still has a section of hair longer than the rest.

Worst haircut ever explained exactly what we wanted and she butchered his hair ... wanted a fohawk and got a shaved head and very very short uneven top instead..it took 5 months to go his hair for this haircut and she ruined it..all the curls gone... the lady at the front was nice and gave us a discount, but I don't think we will be coming back ...
