The cosmetologist was trying to be nice but she is not far from a stylist. I’m almost positive there’s no way she’s licensed. She was horrible with my 2.5 year old. She was very rough with his head and the comb, jabbing the scissors into his neck, yelling at him telling him where to look. It was a painful experience for both of us. When I asked her to fix one area it got a lot worse. So I just asked her to please stop cutting. I had to immediately take him and get it fixed. My child has had long beautiful hair that I haven’t wanted to cut and thanks to cookie cutter haircuts he now has short hair with no length to speak of. I am planning on letting everyone I know not to ever visit this location. Now every time I look at my son with short hair I think, wow. What a horrible haircut that got us here. It literally ruined my week!

Highly dissatisfied. I drive 45 mins to get to the friendswood location to find out the person I was scheduled with was not there. Never did I receive a courtesy call to let me know and reschedule. We allowed the person that was available to cut my son's hair and totally ruined it. I am highly disappointed and saddened. Now I have to take him elsewhere to fix his hair.

The young lady was sweet but one of the worst hair cuts my sone has ever received. We are doing pictures tomorrow 😩

When you work with babies/small kids/children you got to have the patience and need to be more careful. Our first time there but my son got a cut on his first haircut. Didn’t apologize or anything instead the hairstylist blamed it on him. He’s one and a half year my son did not move and did not cry he was so calm sitting in a car watching a movie. We never going back there ever. I will tell all my friend and family to not do business with y’all. Not professional!!!

The boys haircut was the ONLY good thing about our experience. 1. The “front desk” person had to put her phone down to check us in… then we’re told to have a seat & wait. 2. The the SAME person got up and was the STYLIST!?! 3. The salon was dirty. She got out her blow dryer and proceeded to blow hair everywhere!! 4. Finally… the prices are ridiculous!!! Yes, I got an email that stated $23.95… but for a haircut on 21 month old twin boys… water bottle & scissors… $50 + tip!?! RIDICULOUS!!!! Thank you but we will NEVER go back.
