They didn’t have my appointment when we arrived. They were very busy with walk in appointments. There were only boys that were coming in which made me nervous but we went through with our haircuts. I told the stylist I wanted bangs and she seemed to want to talk me out of it. I also asked for long layers so they would hit my shoulders when it dried. The cut was much shorter than I expected. The layers are short and didn’t come close to my shoulders. My bangs are not light bangs either. They go straight across instead of framing my face as requested. There are TVs in front of each station for the kids, so I was not able to observe my hair being cut while the process was happening. It’s unfortunate that my hair turned out badly, but it will grow back. I would only recommend small boys get their hair cut here. They offer adult cuts, but they seem to only be experts with young boys cuts. For reference, my hair was past my shoulders all the way around before it was cut.

Did not offer to give hair to take home. Granddaughter first haircut. Did not offer to dry hair. Very impersonal service. Did not offer to wash hair.. I had to ask for it. When I made the appointment I said I wanted it washed. Very impersonal service… you would think it would be better since they cater to children.

All the employees look so unhappy and act that way too. The customer service is basically non existent. Also, there is spanish music only playing, that is not their only demographic. The place was absolutely filthy including the play area. The lady buttoned the apron around my son's mouth and didn't even realize it and once I did because he was crying she didn't apologize or anything. It was just a negative experience for the cost of the cut. We will be going somewhere else next time. Maria was the hair dresser. Not friendly at all. She did a good job on the cut and that's about it

This is my 2nd time here my first time went amazing the hair dresser was super friendly and did a great job with my sons taper fade wich is why I decided to come again, but this time the dresser was not as friendly and seemed to be rushing through my kids hair and asked me if she should cut behind the ears wich I thought was odd since i have never gotten asked this it should be included with the cut then proceeded to finish without giving him an edge up line up and i had to pointed out to her wich is not okay because again that should all be done is part of the taper fade! Then we left to checkout to find out she was having a birthday, so thats why she rushed through my son’s hair and left my kids edge up line not straight and uneven!!

When we call to schedule appointments we are told they are completely booked. When we look online there are openings. Booked this appointment online the day before. When we arrived, for our appointment in the early afternoon, we were told it had been cancelled because the stylist we chose had left. We had not chosen a stylist so that was a lie. Not impressed with the haircut or the service. Won’t be returning.
