My son’s first haircut was a hack job. Completely uneven and choppy. One side extremely short while the other left same length. HORRIBLE haircut. Place was also very dirty. Like it hadn’t been swept in a week. Absolutely not worth $28 plus $5 tip I kindly left, completely unaware of how bad the final result truly was. Would actually like a refund.

I arrived 15 minutes early for my 12:30 appointment we did not get seen until 12:50. There was people walking in and getting there children hair cut quicker. The young lady at the check in desk was playing on her phone the whole time. She did not help the hair stylists once sweeping hair up.
