It'd be great if it wasn't so loud in the shop. The radio is always turned on and on a high volume and adds to the chaos of kids crying and the different tvs playing the different shows. If the radio wasn't turned on, I think it would be a better experience for all.

Would like for the company to provide new car seats for kiddos l. And a cleaning crew would be nice since lots of hair everywhere is just not good. But overall service was great. But would like for them to invest in the location for renovations because it’s a must need in this location.

All the employees look so unhappy and act that way too. The customer service is basically non existent. Also, there is spanish music only playing, that is not their only demographic. The place was absolutely filthy including the play area. The lady buttoned the apron around my son's mouth and didn't even realize it and once I did because he was crying she didn't apologize or anything. It was just a negative experience for the cost of the cut. We will be going somewhere else next time. Maria was the hair dresser. Not friendly at all. She did a good job on the cut and that's about it
