Our experience with our little 6-year-old was incredible. We let the salon know that he has sensory sensitivities, as many children on the autism spectrum do, so that his experience could be as calm and comfortable as possible—and it truly was. Thank you to the salon and especially to the stylist, Xiomara. We had read amazing reviews about her and her care for neurodivergent children, but her kindness and attention with our little one went far beyond our expectations. Thank you so much—this is what it looks like when talent meets a true heart for service. 100% recommended for neurodivergent families, children with autism, sensory sensitivities, or any neurodevelopmental challenges. When I walked into the salon I immediately know I made a mistake, it was loud, dirty, dingy and over stimulated. There was hair on everything. It was coating the white tiles. Half the stations looked broken down an dirty. They staff was great but, I could tell they were overwhelmed. I came for the baby's 1st haircut and it took them approx 5 min maybe less for $30. I'll never be back. Not only that we had appointments for both my kids and still were there over an hour with 10 min of that being haircutting. This store is like if chuck-e-cheese, great clips and Ross had a baby. Filth, loud, cheap quality (but very overpriced) and over stimulating. I'm telling everyone I know not to come here.
