I have been taking my son for about a year now. And today was by far the worst experience l. His appointment was at 12:45 didn't get sat til pass 1:05pm. Apparently our time frame was over booked. 2. When I asked why I had gotten skipped if we had arrived on time and the girl at the desk said she's running behind. But when one arrives a few minutes late the workers give attitude. 3. The girl at the desk was on her personal phone scrolling attached is a picture. When it was time to check out I paid with the gift card full price without them even offering a discount for their time delay. Also I wasn't given the option to tip as the girl at the desk was busy trying to book an appointment so was not able to tip for the amazing service we got from Mrs. Phoung. Overall the service Mrs. Phoung provided was amazing like always. But the girl at the desk needs extra training and the system to make appointments needs to get fixed because that booking mistake definitely caused other appointments to be late.

On February 7,I walked in around 1:30. The front receptionist who had a tie dyed shirt does not have good customer service. She was fixing her hair the entire time I was there. She does not greet the visitors until after they’ve sat down for at least 10 minutes. She should refer to customers as “Ma’am or sir” and not “baby girl”. Pet names are not professional. She was walking around with her phone in her face. When people would call on her for assistance, she had her air pods in and did not pay attention. Everyone else there were professional and always have great customer service. Just not her.

Xiomara was awesome. I explained that we'd gotten Mr. Man's haircut elsewhere and I wasn't sure what it was actually called. She was helped in explaining the process and so sweet when he got squirmy during the haircut itself. I definitely plan on going back for his next haircut. 10 out 10 stars.

The stylist that cut my son’s hair was so friendly and kind. She was patient and did a great job on his hair, even when he flinched or was wiggling.
