I want to love this place - it's my second visit with a toddler, but it's filthy. Looks like lean staff, but there is a ton of hair everywhere on workstations that weren't in use. I saw how busy it was on a Saturday with all the chairs full, but on Wednesday when I dropped in for a scheduled appointment, there was 1 person working and the other chairs were walls were still covered in hair, even though she was working at a different chair. Last - I booked an appointment and still waited 30 mins for walk-ins ahead of me to be done.

We love coming here, our little one has been getting better each time we bring him to his haircut appointments. Xiomara is super sweet and has lots of patience with my little one. We love her !

My 2 year old loves getting his haircuts at the salon! We especially appreciate the patience, kindness, and care that Danielle gives at every appointment. She is truly the best!

We had to wait 30 minutes passed our appointment. They were severely understaffed with it being the day before school starts in our district. Our stylist was on the phone while she was cutting my sons hair. That’s not acceptable. She also corrected his speech and told him to say yes ma’am instead of just yes to ME…his mother. She was a nice lady and the hair cuts were ok but I make appointments so I don’t have to sit for 30 minutes when I get there. She needed more help or to schedule her appointments for longer blocks than 15 minutes.

With back to school coming up,it's understandably busy. However, the lady who cut my son's hair was very rough. He was crying and I thought it was because he had hair in his eye. He told me after we left that she was hurting him because she was pushing very hard. He now has red marks on his face and his neck that look like scratches. I'm upset because she hurt my kid. That's just unacceptable. We won't be back.

Danielle did great job with son who is autistic. She was very sweet and took her time to make him comfortable.
