Xiomara at cookie cutters does a great job. My toddler often fights it and cries the whole time but she is very gentle and patient. She is the only one I request to do my toddlers hair. Always does a great job in a quick time frame.

The stylist didn’t part my daughter’s hair evenly, or at all. She just combed it straight down and cut it how it was laying when we walked in., wind blown. With a messy part, we went home with a very crooked cut. I had to re part her hair, comb it, and even it. I probably won’t be back. For the price of that cut, it should have been a better quality cut. It also seems like appointments were stacked so close together that a stylist really couldn’t take their time if they wanted to. Also, there was very little time for stylists to clean their stations. My daughter sat in a chair full of someone else’s hair. The gel container was open and covered in hair. The chairs are very close together so a parent can’t comfortably stand near their child without also being next to someone else’s child. There’s no protocol for families waiting so a huge family of 7 people take up the whole waiting area while their kids get cut one at a time. The receptionist was sweet and the stylist was perfectly pleasant, it just wasn’t a great experience otherwise.

Not very clean. Outdated. Over priced for a simple trim. Website promised wet hair down and blow dry with a simple style. We gone non of that. Quick trim then out the door. Other salons have always done a cute hairstyle with a hair clip. Which is what we thought we would get and the reason I drove so far to this location.

Olivia is the best stylist at the Baybrook location. She is always gentle with our 2 year old. He really feels comfortable with her. She always so nice and pleasant.

Ther lady was trying to get it done as quickly as possible with little regards for making my son feel comfortable or safe. She did not offer for him to pick the seat he liked or watch a show in the iPad. She did not speak at all except to ask me if she cut enough off. He was crying and moving and trying to cover his ears and face. I know that made it difficult but at no time did she stop and try to let him calm down or talk to him. I have been here 3 times. The first time was okay but the last 2 times were very bad. The second time the stylists were rude and abrasive. This time it was an experience that lasted maybe ten minutes because no one wanted to make it better. I will not refer anyone to come here and I will not come back.

Love Olivia that’s cut Sons hair. But other lady Yesterday was rude and not kid friendly. Place is a little to small.
