The employees were very nice but the environment was extremely dirty. I felt uncomfortable just being there. There was past hair on the ground, on the other chairs and on the tables. The stylist had hair all over her and was very dirty. Service was great but environment was disappointing for the cost of the service we received. Stylist also had her son there, which I don’t mind. Mamas have to do with what they can. But was ruined the experience was that his paid was very loud and was never asked to lower the volume. It was very overstimulating

I took my son towards the end of the day when the salon would be quieter as my son is on the spectrum. The stylist was kind and understanding. She talked to my son not at him, which I really appreciate and made sure he was comfortable as well.

Xiomara is patient and does a good job cutting our children's hair. Highly recommend this place!

The lady was rough with my child and in a rush. I told her that she was being rough and her answer was that she is been doing her for X amount of years and that she is always careful. My child behaved and did not moved but still the way she was pressing his head like if he was with an animal. Not good! Never coming back, this is supposed to be a kids hair kids salon.

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ I took all four of my kids to Cookie Cutters for haircuts, and I couldn’t be happier! The staff was so patient, friendly, and amazing with kids of all ages. A special thank you to Xiomara — she is truly the best! She made each of my kids feel comfortable, kept them smiling the whole time, and gave them perfect haircuts. You can tell she cares about her work and her customers. The shop was clean, welcoming, and fun, which made the whole experience stress-free for us. We’re so happy with the service and will definitely be coming back to see Xiomara! Highly recommend!
