First time here and my kid loved it! He was hesitant at first but after getting to watch Blippi and a lollipop midway through his haircut, he was settled in! I appreciate the extra caution of washing hands during this time. The ladies were friendly and I bought a members pass for our next visits.

I understand that things are challenging with returning to business in light of the COVID pandemic. I would suggest a few modifications, even for just the immediate timeframes. - When a client books an appointment, the email confirmation should include protocol for checkin once arriving. At a minimum, this information should be listed on the website. When bringing my 2 year old for a hair cut, it's challenging to keep getting him in and out several times. - The sign on the door said to wait in your car until being called. It should indicate that you do need to check in inside, in order for the salon to know you arrived. - If running behind, client should be made aware of this. For an appointment at 2pm, I was not serviced until approximately 2:45. Again, for a 2 year old, waiting for this long is a challenge, especially as I was not told there would be an extensive delay. If time is needed for cleaning in between clients, this should be accounted for and clients should be staggered for appointments.
