When you work with babies/small kids/children you got to have the patience and need to be more careful. Our first time there but my son got a cut on his first haircut. Didn’t apologize or anything instead the hairstylist blamed it on him. He’s one and a half year my son did not move and did not cry he was so calm sitting in a car watching a movie. We never going back there ever. I will tell all my friend and family to not do business with y’all. Not professional!!!

Our stylist was patient and quick with our toddler’s cut. She was precise with her cut and style, which is impressive with how much my kiddo wiggles around!

Danielle was great with my son. She was quick and attentive which was great for my three year old. I'm so happy with his hair cut she is the only one I want to return to! I also loved the environment of the salon. There was a slide and cute cars for children to sit in. There was also a television to provide total distraction. Danielle even let me hold my child's hand while she cut his hair. Very accommodating and professional. I'm so pleased with the service.

Can yall please fix the application for the loyalty points since ive been there a couple of times with both of my children and my points on this visit could not go through danielle tried to scan but the computer was not working properly and i was not granted my points for the loyalty program ...Danielle is Great with my kids not to mention my little one is only 7 months old and he does great with Danielle ! :)

Great place! Mayja had patience for my son while he threw his tantrum through the whole hair cut. This is my second time coming and definitely not my last!

The online booking tool allowed me to schedule all three of my kids’ appointments simultaneously, however once we arrive only one stylist was onsite. We had to wait for a walk-in to finish before our appointment. The facility was not clean. The stylist, while friendly, was not overly helpful with suggestions for my daughters’ haircuts, and was only going to take about half an inch off my daughters nearly waist length hair, until I asked her to take off significantly more. The product display was nearly empty, and in disarray, prices on items weren’t marked and she was unable to tell me how much things were. The phone rang many times unanswered, because the stylist working was the only person at the salon. Almost every station had hair on the floor, some quite obviously from multiple people. Now that we’ve tried it, we probably won’t be returning.
