Took my son to get his first haircut here and overall it’s a cute place and the hairdresser that cut his hair was pretty awesome, patient and fast. I definitely will be referring family friends.

Good experience usually. Today the online booking system wasnt working and it was messy with a long wait- about 4 other lids waiting for one employee to cut and checkout guests. There needs to be more than one employee during busy weekends.

Felt a little rushed, as if we were imposing on the stylists time. Felt like we were being shoved out of the chair. The cut was ok in the end.

Appointments should try to be uphold. Arrived 10 minutes early no one waiting but waited 30 minutes after my appointment time because they took a person who came in after me but was complaining about how the hair cut she got yesterday wasn't straight so she went next.

The online appointment system is a joke. I made appointments online for my 2 girls, and neither showed up in the system. When I showed the person working the confirmation emails, she said it didn't matter because it wasn't in the system.
