I understand that things are challenging with returning to business in light of the COVID pandemic. I would suggest a few modifications, even for just the immediate timeframes. - When a client books an appointment, the email confirmation should include protocol for checkin once arriving. At a minimum, this information should be listed on the website. When bringing my 2 year old for a hair cut, it's challenging to keep getting him in and out several times. - The sign on the door said to wait in your car until being called. It should indicate that you do need to check in inside, in order for the salon to know you arrived. - If running behind, client should be made aware of this. For an appointment at 2pm, I was not serviced until approximately 2:45. Again, for a 2 year old, waiting for this long is a challenge, especially as I was not told there would be an extensive delay. If time is needed for cleaning in between clients, this should be accounted for and clients should be staggered for appointments.

I understand it is a hair salon and they will be hair everywhere but there is literally hair everywhere it looks like they never clean other than the area they did a cut and the counter but the seats play area and everywhere else it covered it hair

The price for the haircut was a bit excessive since he didn’t even spend more than 5 minutes in the chair.

Super nice workers, my stylist was very nice. The salon itself needs a little help. Floors have ripped out pieces of floor and it brings the look of the salon down. Would recommend if it was a little bit more of better shape.

Store was empty except for us. Lots of hair on check in desk and at station for my child's hair cut. The hair clipping on the certificate is partially sticking out of the bag. Disappointing first experience.

The seats are all cars, so my toddler absolutely loved that, plus the kids get to choose what to watch as they're getting their haircut which I think is pretty cool. Staff was very nice and professional. The only bad comment I have to make about my experience there is cleanliness (hairs everywhere and bathroom had pe all over the toilet and floor) and quality of service, as in how the haircut looks and even the French braids I paid for my daughter. I would go again because my toddler was entertained and didn't fuss about getting his haircut, plus staff was very friendly like I mentioned before.
