I wanted hair trimmed straight across eyebrows and explained that it falls straight down that way dry - instead was told "I cut whispy" and now have uneven hair that looks butchered and heavy chunks in some sections and longer pieces.. it needed to be trimmed straight across eyebrows like I asked. "Whispy" seemed to be excuse for I don't know how to cut even... I am really disappointed but don't know how to even it up without it getting even shorter then I wanted. Unfortunately there is often only one person there at a time and no choice given for who gives the haircut. The other girls have done great with him. Out of the the other 20 hair cuts this is his 2nd bad one there. So not bad odds...

My sons haircut looks like shit. I always use the other lady but she didn’t have anything so I used Maria or whatever her name was and my son was not having her. He NEVER cry’s but she was hold his head so hard he was crying

The hair stylist did not listen to what we wanted and over it my child’s hair. Will need to go to a professional barbershop to fix his haircut.

The location (Baybrook Mall) has a great stylist that does a fantastic job with my son. He hates getting a hair cut and she does great with him. The actual store is extremely dirty and run down. The ONLY reason we continue to go there is because of the stylist. There is hair everywhere including inside of the lollipop bucket. It’s clear that the location needs a deep clean and remodeling. For the cost of a kids haircut, this should be possible. I highly doubt the current condition passes health code.

The play area was dirty and full of hair and the car that my daughter sat in still had hair from the previous child. For the price, I expected my daughter to have a clean experience!

Will go again. Stylist not very talkative. Cars and TV helped keep our kid stay calm
