The haircut was uneven. The fade was not well-blended. The left and right side of my sons haircut were not the same length after I asked for a symmetrical cut. I went home and fixed it myself…

I want to love this place - it's my second visit with a toddler, but it's filthy. Looks like lean staff, but there is a ton of hair everywhere on workstations that weren't in use. I saw how busy it was on a Saturday with all the chairs full, but on Wednesday when I dropped in for a scheduled appointment, there was 1 person working and the other chairs were walls were still covered in hair, even though she was working at a different chair. Last - I booked an appointment and still waited 30 mins for walk-ins ahead of me to be done.

Took my son in with a photo to show the style I wanted and received a completely different, much shorter and with layered look. Our hairdresser was Selene. She was nice, polite, and made my son feel very comfortable. I just wish I would have been told that the desired look was something she couldn’t do. Then at least I would have known if I’d proceed or look elsewhere.

I liked the play area and my daughter had fun waiting for her turn. I did not like everywhere she turned, someone was telling her to watch TV. Another little girl was there and excited to play with my daughter; they were playing nicely when the receptionist asked what they wanted to watch. I understand having the TVs during the haircut for little kids who need it, but my kid enjoys watching the haircut. Instead of engaging her or seeing if she needs the distraction, it was straight to the TV. The floors also needed to be swept. There was hair everywhere and my daughter was covered in it from playing on the play area. We were given no professional advice to rate.

I really don’t like that hair is all over the shop. In the little comic chairs, floor, napkins on counter, etc....This really ruins the experience for me... considering it is $20 for a kid cut (which is the running rate) I just expect the shop to value cleanliness. I have been to a couple other children shops and I do not see hair everywhere. Cleanliness should be a priority especially since children put their hands in their mouth constantly. I will say the prior visit I had the lady I believe her name was Yoana had her station very clean...I was grateful for that.
