Love Olivia that’s cut Sons hair. But other lady Yesterday was rude and not kid friendly. Place is a little to small.

Made an appointment and arrived on time but had to wait almost 40 mins before we were taken care of and not because they were busy. The hairdresser that we had our appointment with went to the back after completing the client before us and didn’t come back out for at least 35 mins while we waited with an impatient toddler.

We didn’t have our prepaid card with us so we couldn’t utilize that which is fine, but no one said it was cash only until after the haircut. That’s really inconvenient and should have been brought up before the service started.

We arrived early and waiting is expected. Instead of the girl having help cleaning up another girl was just sitting in the back. This girl was to cut my oldest son hair and seamed to be upset we disturbed her.

We were fortunate enough to be fit in, even though I had made a reservation for the following day. We weren’t asked what we wanted for our daughter, just kinda rushed in. It was her first haircut and very much not the experience we were led to believe we would receive. For how little the hairdresser did, it didn’t seem like good value for what we paid. And on that note, we originally scheduled a “first hair cut” service, but we were never asked about what we wanted, so we didn’t get it. Likely won’t be back, couldn’t recommend others as well. Best of luck.

The lady seemed to be in a rush and completely ruined the shape of my sons hair cut and cut way too high up above his ear, it was his first hair cut and I wouldn’t recommend.
