The service is mediocre. The hair cuts are ok but I wouldn’t consider them professional quality. It always feels like I’m inconveniencing the employees when I show up. The building is only moderately clean. This time (covid I guess 🤷🏼‍♀️) my kids didn’t even get to pick the chair they wanted to sit in which is one of their favorite things about the place. Their other favorite is watching a show. The options were set only to YouTube with a search of “baby shark”. In the past we were able to choose from Netflix/amazon type options. This time the stylist didn’t even seem to want to offer a new show to the kids. We keep going back because my kids like the place, but it’s not great.

I’ve had to wait past my appointment times the last two times I’ve brought my children. Today I had a 1000 but someone with 2 kids went in before us and got done before the lights were even turned on as the building was just opened 10-15 prior to opening time at 1000.

I am very disappointed with the quality of my son's haircut, I told the stylist what I wanted and she seemed to know what I wanted, she basically just shaved the sides down and left the top long. She didn't even style his hair so when we left his hair almost looked like he had a bowl cut on top. I'm really unhappy with his haircut and will probably have to go somewhere else to have it corrected.

We chose Cookie cutters because of all the nice reviews for first haircuts for babies, we have Snip-Its in Pearland but they didn’t have the cars for seats and we figured our son would like it better. He did love the car and the TV in front to watch his favorite show but what we did not expect was how mediocre the interaction with the staff would be. I did not feel welcomed at all, we just felt like customers who are filling up an appointment. We came in at 4pm and it might have been a little late for our stylist Xiomara because she looked tired and even sound tired, she was saying the right words like Welcome, we’ll be with you in a moment but no smile and just with a very blank affect. Going to the cut, I felt like she was doing it too fast, because there was another family waiting and there were only two of them(stylists) there. After the cut she styled our sons hair rather haphazardly just combing it all on one side with some sort of hair gel and didn’t even bothered to ask if that’s how we liked it. Now after washing his hair at home we could see that everything was uneven especially on his bangs, it was way shorter on the right side. Are first haircuts like that? Nobody told us that since the baby would be crying and squirming to not expect a good result. Maybe it differs with each stylist and we just got a very tired one. But one thing for sure I would never take my son back there again, I would rather have a good customer service rather than having good props like cars for seats. So much for driving farther to just get a great first haircut experience, we should have just stayed in Pearland and tried Snip-Its.

The business was full of hair everywhere. Entrance, bench for sitting, all over the floor, play area, cars toddler sits in for hair cut. Did not seem sanitary. Been 2 times and do not plan on going again. Son got a decent hair cut but the unsanitary environment will give me enough reason to drive to Pearland for his hair cut.
