My son only being 1 does not love getting his hair cut does sit still, sadly the hair cut he received was uneven and just a mess. I had to take him to a professional barber and get it fixed. This was his second hair cut from this salon and the first one was great but I am very disappointed in what was done to my sons hair. We will not be back to cookie cutters.

Employee when they first open are rude, I went to the door at 10:56 4 mins before they open (didn't realize it wasn't 11). Lady rudely said they open in 5 mins if you are going be that way lock the door for 4 mins. I didn't make a fuss over it cause they was going be cutting my child's hair. Clearly they don't go in prior to opening to get set up. I like the person who cut my son's, but there is plenty of hair services around that isn't rude about 4 mins

Lady was super nice but completely messed my childs hair up. Uneven not faded right even cut his ear not worth 23.00

I showed the picture of what I wanted and I kept saying not any shorter but she kept cutting shorter. In the end I just said to leave it as is because I don’t think she understood what I was saying or what I wanted.

The employees were very nice but the environment was extremely dirty. I felt uncomfortable just being there. There was past hair on the ground, on the other chairs and on the tables. The stylist had hair all over her and was very dirty. Service was great but environment was disappointing for the cost of the service we received. Stylist also had her son there, which I don’t mind. Mamas have to do with what they can. But was ruined the experience was that his paid was very loud and was never asked to lower the volume. It was very overstimulating
