When you work with babies/small kids/children you got to have the patience and need to be more careful. Our first time there but my son got a cut on his first haircut. Didn’t apologize or anything instead the hairstylist blamed it on him. He’s one and a half year my son did not move and did not cry he was so calm sitting in a car watching a movie. We never going back there ever. I will tell all my friend and family to not do business with y’all. Not professional!!!

The young lady was sweet but one of the worst hair cuts my sone has ever received. We are doing pictures tomorrow 😩

Highly dissatisfied. I drive 45 mins to get to the friendswood location to find out the person I was scheduled with was not there. Never did I receive a courtesy call to let me know and reschedule. We allowed the person that was available to cut my son's hair and totally ruined it. I am highly disappointed and saddened. Now I have to take him elsewhere to fix his hair.

The cosmetologist was trying to be nice but she is not far from a stylist. I’m almost positive there’s no way she’s licensed. She was horrible with my 2.5 year old. She was very rough with his head and the comb, jabbing the scissors into his neck, yelling at him telling him where to look. It was a painful experience for both of us. When I asked her to fix one area it got a lot worse. So I just asked her to please stop cutting. I had to immediately take him and get it fixed. My child has had long beautiful hair that I haven’t wanted to cut and thanks to cookie cutter haircuts he now has short hair with no length to speak of. I am planning on letting everyone I know not to ever visit this location. Now every time I look at my son with short hair I think, wow. What a horrible haircut that got us here. It literally ruined my week!

I was really disappointed how we were treated. It was not our first time there. But we had a lady who has what i think is the fire truck at the end by the hair sink .As soon as we sat down my son cried and she immediately said we should come back some other time. She was frustrated with my son and offered unwanted advice. For furture customers please avoid the employee at the end with the fire truck by the hair washing station

I typically go with one particular stylist. This time I went with someone else. She did a horrible job in cutting my son’s hair. He was left with a bald spot in the front temple side of his head. The back was not blended and looked like a chilly bowl. I’m upset a professional would be okay with this type of work.
