Arrived on time for appointments for both of my kids. We were forced to sit outside and wait for an hour past our appointment time. There was only one person working but the online appointment system booked the two appointments 15 min apart. When we went in I gave the stylist explicit directions how to cut my daughters bangs. We have worked all summer to grow them out and were exactly how she wanted them except slightly too long. I turned my back for a moment and the stylist chopped them all the away up to above her brows. We were so upset. It was an awful experience. I would have walked out without my son’s cut but we had a prepaid card. I did not get a good cut on my son either because I didn’t want her to butcher his cut so I kept it very basic and just cleaned it up. DO NOT GO HERE IF YOU WANT ANYTHING OTHER THAN A STRAIGHT CUT WITH BANGS

Made an appointment for noon (12:00pm) for my 2 year old over 2 Hours before the appointment time. Showed up at 11:55 and another lady was there with her 3 Kids for haircuts. Signed in and went out to my car to wait. At 12:23pm a couple with their kid that showed up AFTER I did to sign up goes inside. I go inside with my toddler and ask why I was not called first since my appt was at noon and the people walking in checked in arrived AFTER I did. She says she is the only person there and that their system supposedly booked 3 people at noon. Furious. It’s hard enough having to wait in your car because of COVID for 20+ min after your booked appt time- when all your cranky toddler wants to do is play on the playground equipment. Makes it even worse when I already have a confirmed appointment time and people who checked in AFTER me get called to go in before me. Whoever is the franchise owner needs to 1. Fix their online system. 2. Stop leaving only 1 stylist scheduled to run the entire store. 3. Go in the order of the sign in sheet. We will not be using this place again.

I regret paying for six haircuts in advance. My son's hair could not look any worse and he has his birthday party next weekend and his first day of school. The other two haircuts he's gotten here weren't great but this is unacceptable.

The worst haircut my son has ever done, take my son to cut his hair with a lady named Maria, it was supe obvious did she not know what she was doing! She doesn't know how to cut his hair, I show her a reference photo and she didn’t do anything like the picture , the worst experience and on top of that pay $24!!! total abuse!!

We had an appointment with Maria and we arrived early. My son has liked his previous appointments before and enjoys getting his haircut, he instantly wants to go sit in the chair. I immediately told her that I only wanted scissors used, and no clippers. I looked away for a second to look for my rewards card and she took clippers to my sons hair. Of course he pulled away because he wasn’t expecting the loud sound and he didn’t like it. I told her to stop and told her again that I only wanted scissors no clippers. At this point my son doesn’t want anything to do with her because of this and I’m trying to calm him down and tell him what happened, meanwhile sore isn’t letting me calm him down and is trying to force him to sit still instead of giving us a few seconds to calm down. She also didn’t ask what he wanted to watch and at this point it’s on commercials that I ask her to skip and she ignores me. My husband had to give him his phone because she refused to change the channel for him. Something that others do without an issue because they have patience for the kids. She told us we had to just hold him down and hold his head so that she could finish. My son did eventually calm down but he stop didn’t enjoy his cut. She still kept acting like he was being difficult when in reality she just seemed to have no patience and wanted us out of there as soon as possible even though there wasn’t anyone else there. After we left we’ve noticed that his hair is very uneven and his sides don’t match (she ended up using the trimmer). We are extremely disappointed and upset with the experience. I wish I would’ve spoken up more but she was the only one there so we couldn’t have even finished the haircut with someone else and it seemed to all happen so quickly that I didn’t get a chance to. I’m also upset by the fact that in previous haircuts my son has never cried or fussed and had happily sat there very still (even have a video of his first cut to prove it) and because of this experience I am really hoping that I’m not struggling in the future because he will remember and not want to go back.
