I am amazed about the prices that you guys charged between 22 to $24 I got my daughter haircut there is a very little blow dry and the hair look messy afterwards I think it is waste of money I ask for a brush so put a curl on her hair and the lady who was cutting her hair said they don't have a brush I don't understand why we are paying for so much for just going into a salon getting the haircut bringing your child outside with wet hair and a messy look

Went REALLY high up on his hair and left a small patch of hair on top of his head. Super uneven and patchy.

Note that policy has changed (without telling anyone) and they will no longer look your account up by your number. We renewed our pass months ago and they told us we didn’t need the card so they never gave us one. We went today and told us the policy has changed and will no longer look accounts up by phone number so we are out all the prepaid passes we paid for. Highly recommend to go somewhere else! The lady was incredibly rude and condescending! Danielle is amazing but we will take our business elsewhere!

She was not friendly with my child and he was very nervous she knicked the back of his ear and he is only 2 years old. It was not a quality cut she rushed and didn’t take her time. The cut is not even.
