Scheduled an appointment the day before & the stylist was late, this was not an issue at all as I wasn’t bothered waiting especially since it wasn’t so late anyways but when I had showed her what I wanted for my child she questions it saying “are you sure that’s pretty short it’s cold out” I then respond yes & at the end the final result wasn’t as short as I had requested but decided to just leave it as she continued to say “cause I thought that picture was pretty short” I am aware of the weather and also hope your stylist are aware my child doesn’t just sit outside and has a hat that gets worn during winter so I’d like to be able to receive the haircut we want and are paying almost 25$ for without the worker questioning it multiple times. She then went on to the front of my sons hair and is telling him put his head forward so I go behind him to help him a bit and am told “no he has to do it.” This is not our first time here but it definitely was the first time here where the vibes were not it. We will not be coming back.

Great job but the attitude of the stylist was challenging. My daughter Is 6. She’s not going to sit still and hold her head just right. Especially with a TV on.

The cookie cutters salon is super adorable. Our stylist seemed like she didn’t care to much for kids and did not want to be there. I would give her zero stars for friendliness. Will come back at another location and get another stylist if I go back to the same location. Seemed like she wanted us out. Feel rushed. Did not like it. Did not get a good vibe. I left a less tip due to experience.

I have liked cookie cutters in the past but this last time there was not our favorite experience. We felt very rushed and the haircut was not done well. The hair dresser only worked on my sons hair for 3 minutes and then said she was done. When I asked to have her fix a few things she acted annoyed. In the end his hair still didn’t look good because I felt rushed to get out so they could get to their next appointment . The hair was not blended on the sides and the bangs were very uneven. I understand if they are short staffed, a lot of places are these days but if that is the case then please don’t open as many appointment slots and give each a lot at least 10 minutes.
