Kathy was so sweet to my little boy. He's still a little nervous about the whole process (only 1.5 years old and most of that has been in COVID isolation) and she was incredibly patient and kind. She showed my boy the tools she was using before she started, and talked to him throughout his haircut, which truly calmed him down a ton. She picked up on all the signals and was a dream stylist. My little guy looks so great!!
