Overall I feel like things were handled the best they could. I believe one of the stylists may have been newer. We threw her for a loop asking for a different child to go first than what was on the schedule. Ended up being there for nearly an hour and an half, appointments were scheduled for 30 minutes apart but waited about 50 minutes for the second. Kids cuts were ok and stylists were kind. It was a long time there with young kids.
