I know you can’t do anything, but my only complaint is the wild, spoiled children running and screaming! I wish the other parents would watch and discipline their kids!

First you don't accept the cookie cutter card we got from the closed Geist location, then you do accept it, and now you don't. We likely will be taking our services elsewhere because that is very poor customer service.

Our stylist was quiet, but kind. She interacted well with my son. She did a great haircut! The environment overall is a little overwhelming, but my son didn’t have any complaints!

Nora at the Cookie Cutters in Noblesville is always great with our child. She remembered us and knew exactly what we needed done. She is quick and patient with our little one. We appreciate her and she’s the reason we keep going back. Thank you.

Overall a good experience. But each time I bring my son in I try to explain very specifically to not trim his neck hair super high or his sideburns to be barely touched, and almost every time the hairdresser does it anyway. I don’t understand this “trend”. His hair ends up looking terrible growing out because of this, so I do so wish that the hairdresser would ask before deciding to do this.

Overall happy with the haircut but the stylist who cut my children’s hair smelled strongly of marijuana and I didn’t appreciate that around my children.
