Mya is amazing. She is beyond patient with my non-complaint toddler. She makes the best of the situation and gives great cuts despite the moving target.

Haircut was fine. My only concern is that when I checked out, I used my prepaid card (5 haircuts for $60, so $12 per haircut) and when I looked at the receipt, $15.95 had been deducted from the card, leaving a balance of $20.05 (instead of $24.00). I questioned it and she assured me it would be fine, but I have a feeling I'm going to be arguing two appointments from now that the haircut can only be $8.05. Kayson has only ever had his hair cut at cookie cutters. We always have a great experience. This time, we had a new (to us) stylist and his hair cut is crooked in the front and had a random chunk right in the middle of this forehead. :-( we haven’t ever had an issue, so maybe she was just in a hurry, but this was not a great service this time around :-(

Amber was great! She worked wonderfully with our 11 month old. We only had to wait about 10 minute as she finished up with another customer. We were able to stay with our son and our older daughter got to play on the play equipment provided. We didn't receive any professional advise but also didn't really ask for any. My only negatives were that I wish my son's hair would have been styled the way we had discussed and the play equipment could use a good washing. We will still be returning to this location though based on the overall positive experience!
