The lady, Nae, who was cutting my kid’s hair was rude. I get it, kids will cry and fuss but the last time we were there, Kristi, who was cutting my kid’s hair then, was great . Kristi took her time and even helped getting him comfortable. Nae was just like, if he doesn’t settle down I can’t cut his hair. I felt Uncomfortable and don’t know if we will be back. You work at a place where kids will fuss and cry, if you can’t handle it then go cut hair at Great Clips.

I always feel like the haircuts are overpriced but it’s something I’m willing to deal with as long as the quality is at least decent. Today’s cut and experience was the worst we have experienced at cookie cutters so far. They seemed busy and the whole place seemed somewhat hectic which is understandable considering it was a Saturday morning. Thankfully we had an appointment and our wait was minimal. We were really disappointed, however, with the haircut my child got. As usual the stylist asked what we wanted to which I replied shoulder length and I believe I even showed it to her. She ended up cutting it to chin length. Every stylist we’ve ever had normally starts out cutting very conservatively and double checks while cutting in order to make sure they don’t cut too much. This stylist just cut and by the time I saw the length it would have been too late to do anything about it. My child was unhappy and I’m unhappy too. In general I had the impression of an assembly line, like the stylist didn’t care and just wanted to get the job done. I’m not a trained eye by any means but I truly wondered today as I watched the lady cut my child’s hair if she didn’t really know how to cut my child’s hair or didn’t care…or maybe even both. Honestly very disappointed and at this point I doubt I’ll be back.

My son has been getting haircuts since he was 1. This place aims towards children and I’ve NEVER had an issue with the staff but I’m a little annoyed over the service received by Nae for my son’s visit. Children fidget and if you were having a bad day you should of just called off, she was visibly getting irritated when my son shifted, again, he is a toddler and in other experiences at this location the hairstylist just moved with him. We didn’t ask for anything intricate, in fact a cut that has been done before for him and it felt as if Nae was annoyed that she had to do this haircut. More like an old grumpy person scolding someone is the vibe she gave off. I’ll gladly spend my money somewhere else or drive to the Carmel location for better service. It’s sad how one person can ruin a whole experience.

We tried a new stylist because our son needed a haircut today. Autumn wasn't working today. (She's fabulous!) Someone else cut my son's hair and she was not friendly, spoke unkind words to me, and I felt was a little rough with him. I will NEVER have her cut his hair again.

We were greeted when we walked in and asked if we had an appointment. We did have an appointment. We waited for longer than the haircut took. I asked the stylist to trim my daughter's hair. In the past the stylists have done a much more thorough job with the trim and have asked my daughter if she wanted her hair braided. This time the trim took under 5 minutes and the stylist didn't offer to do anything else. So, I felt cheated when I was charged full price

Haircuts were good. Disappointed in the lack of cleaning between kids. Sprayed chair with “something” but didn’t wipe anything down with a cloth or towel. Told my kiddo to hop up onto a wet and presumably still dirty chair. Stylists weren’t rude or mean, but they weren’t friendly either. No attempt to try to talk to the kids, just interested in moving on to the next person. Overall, the visit accomplished the task, but I won’t recommend this service to anyone and I may look elsewhere for their next haircut. Probably not the impression your hoping to leave.
