I had made an appointment online with Kelsey, and when we arrived she was available, but they put us with a different stylist. It was awkward to say anything, but I thought it was odd because we had specifically picked that day and time to be with a particular stylist.

Response from Cookie Cutters Haircuts for Kids

The online bookings are through the corporate website. They typically do not come up on our screen as a request for certain stylist. Not sure if it is a setting or user error, but this happens often. If you want a favorite stylist, it's best to call for appointments, as we have no control over the website booking in store. Sorry for any confusion.

Kathy was absolutely brilliant with Adalynn. She made sure she was comfortable and kept complimenting her when she was following instructions. She also gave her an "Elsa braid" (French braid) and my daughter was thrilled. I will definitely be going to her for Adalynn's next cutm

My daughter loves getting her hair cut and it's because of Cookie Cutters! She asks all the time if she can go get a haircut! We drive 45 minutes to get to Cookie Cutters and it's worth the drive! We ❤️ Cookie Cutters!
