We love Autumn at Cookie Cutters in Noblesville, Indiana. She listens to us, remembers the way I prefer my son's hair be cut, and is great at giving him a good, consistent experience each time.

I have taken my kids to Cookie Cutters when they were in grade school, now they are grown and have their own kids. However, when my hair stylist retired 15 years ago, I decided to have Anita do my hair cuts since I consider her an essential part of my support friendship group.

Scheduled an appointment the day before & the stylist was late, this was not an issue at all as I wasn’t bothered waiting especially since it wasn’t so late anyways but when I had showed her what I wanted for my child she questions it saying “are you sure that’s pretty short it’s cold out” I then respond yes & at the end the final result wasn’t as short as I had requested but decided to just leave it as she continued to say “cause I thought that picture was pretty short” I am aware of the weather and also hope your stylist are aware my child doesn’t just sit outside and has a hat that gets worn during winter so I’d like to be able to receive the haircut we want and are paying almost 25$ for without the worker questioning it multiple times. She then went on to the front of my sons hair and is telling him put his head forward so I go behind him to help him a bit and am told “no he has to do it.” This is not our first time here but it definitely was the first time here where the vibes were not it. We will not be coming back.
