Kelsey is AMAZING and so accommodating to my young daughter. She is experiencing hair loss and Kelsey has been very collaborative in helping us achieve a style which camouflages the patches and does not draw attention. She asks the right questions and looks at her hair and scalp before just jumping right in to get started. My daughter looks great and feels great after every haircut. Not that this should matter but feel it is important to mention and speaks to Kelsey's professionalism; my daughter has special needs (Down Syndrome) and Kelsey has treated her as a typically developing child in EVERY way. Often times we don't receive that experience and it is very comforting to know the inclusiveness she shows our daughter. Maria Palmer
