My sister took both of my boys in to get their hair cut today at separate times by Carletta. Carletta is amazing at what she does. She’s patient, kind, and friendly. However, both times she was in there Kristi and another girl were having a gossip session not doing any work. The second time my sister was in there my son was screaming and crying about getting his hair cut. He hates getting his hair cut! Well my sister was holding his head for Carletta to try to make it a little easier for her. She (my sister) caught Kristi peeking around the corner of the counter LAUGHING at my son for screaming and crying!!!! I’m livid! My sister was so mad when she left there!!! She immediately called me to tell me. She said that it took everything in her power to keep her mouth shut. She didn’t want to upset my son more since he was already upset and crying! This is not how you do business! If you think it’s funny that kids cry, have a fear of getting their hair cut, and are upset you shouldn’t be in this profession! I will make sure that my friends and family that go in there do not go to KRISTI unless they want their kid laughed at! Completely rude and disrespectful!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! #onelividmother

This was my son's first haircut and I had my hopes high for this place since I went to cookie cutters when I was a kid. I was very pleased with the service but the amount of walk-ins was crazy, there wasn't enough room for people to wait. Definitely glad I made an appointment! We only waited about 5 minutes before it was our turn. If possible, there should be more than 1 or 2 stylists there. But overall I was glad I picked cookie cutters for my son.

Even though I had an appointment, I had to wait 15 minutes for my son to get his hair cut. No apologies were given. I’ve never had to wait so long ever! I also asked for hair on top to be longer and rest cut short- top is barely longer than sides/back.

I’m not sure who I had today, but she seemed a little unsure on how to do my 2 year olds sons hairs. I wanted everything even up to the same Length as the hair on the back of his head and a cleanup around his ears and even up his bangs. She seemed unsure how to do this..

The salon wasn’t very clean. My 19 month old daughter who was tagging along was playing on the slide in the waiting area and she was covered in some other kid’s hair. It was fairly early in the day too
