I have liked cookie cutters in the past but this last time there was not our favorite experience. We felt very rushed and the haircut was not done well. The hair dresser only worked on my sons hair for 3 minutes and then said she was done. When I asked to have her fix a few things she acted annoyed. In the end his hair still didn’t look good because I felt rushed to get out so they could get to their next appointment . The hair was not blended on the sides and the bangs were very uneven. I understand if they are short staffed, a lot of places are these days but if that is the case then please don’t open as many appointment slots and give each a lot at least 10 minutes.

I purchased the first haircut package which stated it would include a photo and certificate. I did not receive this. Disappointed in the “first haircut package”.

Location is overbooked and crowded with no place to sit to wait. Hair cuts are average and staff is not very helpful in giving advice. We go out of connivence.

They usually do a great job. The shop was all in a tizzy when we got there. It didn’t feel like they paid much attention to either child’s haircut. Our oldest’s doesn’t look good. We will be back but aren’t as thrilled at the outcome. Until then, we’ll be trying to grow out a Lloyd Christmas haircut.

Was a nice place for his first haircut. We scheduled the first haircut package, but only received a kidscut with no certificate. Not a huge deal, but it was what we scheduled.

We usually see the same 2 stylists there and this month there was some kind of mixup and we got someone different. I wanted to give her a chance to cut my son’s hair, he’s been going here for 2 years and this was the first time he was ever cut by the clippers and was bleeding. When it happened she never acknowledged it, my son kept grabbing his ear and I looked and saw he was bleeding. She pointed where the tissues were but never even apologized to me or my son. I feel like addressing it to my son to ensure that he wouldn’t be afraid would have been nice. Needless to say she won’t be cutting my son’s hair again.
