I was very disappointed. I booked the babies first haircut package because of what it offered from the certificate to the hair and everything like that and they just did a standard service and I wasn't offered to have a lock of my sons air from his first haircut I grabbed it off the floor myself.

The stylist was very kind and very good with both my boys during the visit. For my 4 year old I wanted a fade and a trim on the top. However, when he was done he barely had any hair left. His hair was fairly long on top and it was getting in his eyes so I just wanted a trim. His hair will grow but for the meantime it looks awful.

My sons haircut was not blended in the front, you can see blunt cuts with the scissors

Scheduled an appointment the day before & the stylist was late, this was not an issue at all as I wasn’t bothered waiting especially since it wasn’t so late anyways but when I had showed her what I wanted for my child she questions it saying “are you sure that’s pretty short it’s cold out” I then respond yes & at the end the final result wasn’t as short as I had requested but decided to just leave it as she continued to say “cause I thought that picture was pretty short” I am aware of the weather and also hope your stylist are aware my child doesn’t just sit outside and has a hat that gets worn during winter so I’d like to be able to receive the haircut we want and are paying almost 25$ for without the worker questioning it multiple times. She then went on to the front of my sons hair and is telling him put his head forward so I go behind him to help him a bit and am told “no he has to do it.” This is not our first time here but it definitely was the first time here where the vibes were not it. We will not be coming back.
