Nora’s dad brought her in to get a trim and her bangs were cut one inch from her forehead straight across. There was no blending or anything resembling a good thought out hair cut. The stylist didn’t care and my husband said her daughter was in there running around. I did go back in same day to get it “fixed” which is impossible now. Not happy with the service. The stylist who tried to fix it was nice. Not sure if Carletta is the manager but she did not manage the situation at all.

We were very disappointed with our experience today there. We went to this same place 5 years ago for our oldest first hair cut and it was a wonderful experience then which is why we decided to try again with our youngest today. We selected the 1st haircut package. There was no certificate or anything we recorded this time and no explanation why we didn’t get one. She did put some pieces of his hair in a bag for us at least. The girl who cut our child’s hair never introduced herself, she wasn’t friendly or presentable at all and it felt very rushed experience. She did not seem like she enjoyed her job at all. Never smiled and when we came 5 years ago that hair stylist tried bubbles and was so patience with our oldest to make this an enjoyable experience. We will definitely NOT be back at that cookie cutters again!!

They were running behind. We waited 45 mins past our appointment time. When it was my daughters turn the owner was rushing her. My daughter is only 2 and was very nervous. They were not as patient and understanding with small children as I had hoped. I paid for a first cut and didn't get her lock of hair they saved or got thrown out. I will not return and will not commend them to anyone.

The lady didn’t even give me time to buckle my daughter in. She rushed me and was visibly annoyed with my daughter. She didn’t ask what I wanted, just started cutting. I will never go to this location again. I have went to Greenwood location and loved every experience there. It is not the same hospitality at this location.

My son cried the entire time, and the stylist seemed indifferent. He said he didn't like the blowdryer, and the stylist acknowledged it but kept using it. He sat still (while crying) and still got a crooked haircut that looked nothing like the picture I showed the stylist. I had no confidence she could fix it so I just accepted it to get the heck out of there and fixed it at home.
