The employees are all great! We’ve always had great service. Every time we visit I very strongly feel like a receptionist is needed. When the stylists have to stop what they’re doing to check people in or answer the phone I feel like it’s not very efficient and not a great experience for the clients. I think it would make the employees lives so much easier and get the clients done faster if you had one.

We took our 13 month old to get his first haircut today. Although the staff was one stylist short and running a little behind, the environment was comfortable with books, magazines, tvs, and a slide for kids during the wait. The stylists were kind, professional, and very quick! Our son was pretty scared at first and our stylist maintained a calm, professional, and efficient demeanor throughout his haircut. She definitely made our experience much more comfortable! We will be returning!

We chose Cookie Cutters for our son’s first haircut. He smiled a lot and his hair looks great! Thanks for making it a pleasant experience for our family! My only negative was that the price seemed a little high for kids’ haircuts compared to what we’ve experienced elsewhere. I thought the price made sense for babies since they are so unpredictable, but I will likely take my preschooler somewhere cheaper since he needs his hair trimmed so often.

Brought my 11 month son in for his first trim. Even though she didn’t take much hair off he looks so much better! He loved the racecar chair!
