You guys were so good with Matthew. He's almost 2yrs old but has so much hair and you all are so patient with him. He's at the age that he does not like anything or anyone in his face. But we were able to redirect and entertain to get his cut done. And he looks so handsome. Thank you 😊

Our appt was not in the system because we made our reservation online more than two weeks out. We were told this is how the online system works and we need to call day before and verify appt. That is silly! This needs to be changed. Also one of the stylist next to us was complaining about crying kids and kids who wouldn't sit still. Very unprofessional and obviously she is in the wrong field if this bothers her. Did not catch her name unfortunately.

The credit card machine was down which happens and I totally get that. But we had to make an extra trip to bring cash, kind of a hassle with two kids. Would have been nice to have a discount of some type for the inconvenience.
