The salon was very busy so we had to wait well past our appointment time. My son has been using Cookie Cutters since he was a baby and he is now 8 years old. There were no big chairs available when his haircut started so he had to sit in one of the cars.

Autumn is SO PATIENT. My 1.5 year old screamed bloody murder the entire time (we've gotten about 10 haircuts here before and he's never done this before). But she was so patient and never once appeared to have been bothered, even though I wouldn't have blamed her if she had! We used one other person when Autumn was backed up before and it was not good. We will only see Autumn now.

I was not asked before I paid if I was a loyalty member. Once I paid, I remembered about the loyalty program and asked if they could still scan my card. She said no sorry. I’m just a little annoyed she did not ask me if I was a loyalty member beforehand so I could have gotten the points.

Amber was great! She worked wonderfully with our 11 month old. We only had to wait about 10 minute as she finished up with another customer. We were able to stay with our son and our older daughter got to play on the play equipment provided. We didn't receive any professional advise but also didn't really ask for any. My only negatives were that I wish my son's hair would have been styled the way we had discussed and the play equipment could use a good washing. We will still be returning to this location though based on the overall positive experience!
