Kayson has only ever had his hair cut at cookie cutters. We always have a great experience. This time, we had a new (to us) stylist and his hair cut is crooked in the front and had a random chunk right in the middle of this forehead. :-( we haven’t ever had an issue, so maybe she was just in a hurry, but this was not a great service this time around :-(

Haircut was fine. My only concern is that when I checked out, I used my prepaid card (5 haircuts for $60, so $12 per haircut) and when I looked at the receipt, $15.95 had been deducted from the card, leaving a balance of $20.05 (instead of $24.00). I questioned it and she assured me it would be fine, but I have a feeling I'm going to be arguing two appointments from now that the haircut can only be $8.05. Mya is amazing. She is beyond patient with my non-complaint toddler. She makes the best of the situation and gives great cuts despite the moving target.
