Amy did a phenomenal job accommodating me when an appointment I'd had with another salon cancelled on me last minute, very shortly before an important business meetingI needed to attend. She was very efficient so not only did she do a great job but I managed to be the first to make it to my meeting, which was a small miracle. When the other salon told me they'd cancelled I'd thought my only choices were either show up to the meeting with bad hair or even reschedule the meeting. After experiencing Alexander G's concern for my time, I won't bother going to any other salons in the financial district and I'll be sure to recommend you to my friends. Thank you very much for saving the day.
