Every visit I choose to review a specific aspect of my visit. Today I would like to focus on the hair-washing and styling of Jasmine (sp?). Jasmine washes and styles my hair with time and precision. While I am certain she has other clients, I never feel like she is rushed or getting ready to move on to the next client. She styles my hair with talent and skill, exactly as I requested. I leave with a big smile on my face and while I am in the chair, Jasmine makes me feel like I am the only person in her periphery. Yet another reason I look forward to my time spent at Alexander G. salon.

Every time I go to Alexander G. Salon I pick a different topic to review. Today I focus on the comfort of the salon. Though the space is small, there is a private closet to put on a smock. Once seated, I am offered water, tea, coffee, or sparkling water. It is served in a real glass. Both of these make me feel welcomed and like I am wanted. I don't just feel like a client receiving a service (though I certainly am), I feel respected and valued. Can't give enough kudos to the fact that all the staff makes me feel warmly welcomed!

I review my appointment each time, and I can't speak highly enough about the service I receive at Alexander G. salon. The staff are amazing, the service is not to be topped, and the salon itself is warm and welcoming. Here is what makes today's review different from the previous, in the 3 years I've been coming, I've never once waited to be seen. Alexander is always ready. This is the only salon I've ever experienced this. It makes for ease in scheduling my day knowing I will be seen at my appt. time!

For over 5 years, Alexander's attention to detail in execution, immaculate cleanliness of the salon, and friendly staff has been unparalleled, even through the pandemic, he has not wavered.
