I was disappointed to see, and not for the first time, another customer not wearing a mask while in the shop. Although I was the only other customer I felt it was inconsiderate to me to allow for this. The services at your salon are very expensive and I would hope that my health and safety would be more important. It was hilarious seeing that customer put on a mask as she left the salon. My appointment was for cut and color, that was clear in the text messages exchanged to confirm the appt. But at the end my stylist seemed to forget that and I felt that I didn't get the standard quality cut that I was expecting, and usually get. Very disappointing, yet expensive, overall experience.

1) today the wash wasn’t done well. I still have some sticky stuff in my hair 2) usually not happy with blow dry 3) lastly I have blue color and last time When I toned it, it became Darker but it took me two Months to Light my color :(

Great location and friendly stylist. Didn't feel as my hair was being cutted by a pro.and my left the place feeling I overpaid. No rinse or blow dry after the cut and I have hair all over my neck. Super nice lady, but I felt like I paid 65 plus tips for a trainee.

Usually, I love the result. Unfortunately, not this time. I went in with long curly hair that reached a good 4 inches past my collar bone (dry and curly). Specifically stated more than once I did not want to lose the length and wanted no more than an inch cut - particularly as it springs up quite a lot when cut. Mind you, it had taken me nearly 2 years to grow it this long. Was shown what would be cut - which was maybe 2 inches, because it had been awhile - because I had wanted to grow it out! I reluctantly agreed and was assured this would not take off the length. When the cut was down, more than four inches had been cut. Even after a blow out (straightening) it barely reaches my collar bones. Once the blow out done and my hair curled back to its normal curly state, it didn’t even reach my collar bones. I was given an effing bob!!! I am not happy. I didn’t say anything at the time because I kept trying to convince myself that I was wrong. It couldn’t be possible that that had just happened. Instead I smiled and thanked and paid. Never again.
