The stylist that did my daughter’s hair was amazing! She was very sweet but mainly FRIENDLY AND KIND especially when working with children and having to deal with their parents. Now the girl that was working at the desk was NOT welcoming at all! She just looked irritated and seemed as if she truly just hated her job. At first I thought I was over thinking it until another mom walked in for appt late. She came from behind the front desk and proceeded to tell the mom with a miserable attitude something along the lines of just to let you know ... when your more than 15 min late your appt will get cancelled , rescheduled, you will get charged and so on. She was more scolding the mom than informing her of the policy. But what was more upsetting is she didn’t even greet her!!! She just got straight to the point! I would have walked right out. She pretty much put a damper on my what was supposed to be a happy experience for my daughters 4th birthday haircut. But other than that the hairstylist was absolutely GREAT!!!! She’s definitely meant to work with children and in that environment.
