I asked for my sons hair not too be cut on top because I like it long. I was told it was just going to be trimmed and it was cut way too short. Please listen to parents when they ask for something specific.

We arrived for our appointment on time but was taken almost 15 minutes late. During our waiting time, no one who worked at the salon acknowledged our arrival or that we were even there. It was awkward and we felt like we just weren’t welcome to the salon. The haircut went fine and my son’s hair looks nice, but the overall environment and experience was unsatisfactory and we will most likely be finding another place for our kids haircuts to avoid a similar experience,

The stylist had no idea about the loyalty club and how to link my loyalty account number to my purchase of a kids cut and a kids cut with shampoo. Then, I asked about the 5 cuts for $75 and she said I could’ve used it for that visit, but she already processed my transaction. She said she was new, but she was the only staff member there. I enjoyed the place and am frustrated that I could’ve saved about $10 if I had bought the 5 cut deal prior to paying. It’s not her fault as she’s new but seems like additional training is required. The stylist was Keri. She did great haircuts!

Denise helped us for Arya’s first cut. She was rude in the beginning, she didnt even start the cut and her words were “its too chaotic , i only want one adult around”. I cant work in chaotic environment. It was Arya’s first cut so yes she cried and as a stylist instead of helping calming down the child she wanted gradma to step aside in a very rude manner. She didnt know how to turn on cocomelon on the screen at first so grandma was only holding her phone to show her the cocomelon while mom was trying to hold her still. There is a way to talk to the customer, same thing could have said in a nicer and respectful tone.

The salon would really use a good cleaning - there is so much hair around the little slide/play set area.
